My mother and I, we lived peacefully in Kharkiv (Ukraine) with all our cat and dog family. In January we found Pushok in the street and so we got 15 cats. Unfortunately, we didn't have enough time to examine the cat, the war broke out. We firmly decided that if we left, we would all leave together. We were very lucky to have the opportunity to go to Greece.

Everything was fine, but about three weeks ago Pushok became very lethargic and his salivation increased.  We thought it might be his kidneys, as the cat is about 7 or 8 years old. The hospital said there was nothing wrong with his kidneys and prescribed antibiotics. The cat got better. But then we went to another doctor and she prescribed different antibiotics and the cat got much worse. He was admitted to hospital on Saturday 2nd July. An ultrasound scan showed fluid in the abdomen. We did a test for FIP and it was positive. The cat had become worse and they suggested we euthanize him but we refused. We decided to fight to the end.

We found another clinic and a person who had an extra bottle of GS with a concentration of 30 mg. At the moment there are enough doses for 4 days. But the treatment has to be continued and Pushok is in dire need of it. He is a very affectionate, gentle, kind and intelligent cat.
