Our company specializes in the research, development and commercialisation of household pet pharmaceutical and nutritional products.  Founded in Malaysia in 2019, our company has rapidly grown into ASEAN regional company with robust sales in Thailand, Malaysia, Indonesia.  We have now seeking our next team member to lead the rapid expansion of our business in India.  Are you interested working in a face paced, achievement focused start-up company?  Do you want to build a business?  Do you want to do good things for people and animals?  If so, we want to talk to you!



  • A genuine interest in helping people and animals.

  • Ability to occasionally handle emotionally stressful situations.

  • Experience building internet based social media pages, groups, and communities.

  • Fluent and comfortable communicating with people in person

  • Willing to travel occasionally to survey local markets and develop local contacts.

  • Minimum of 3 years experience in sales and/or marketing roles. Preferred candidates with prior experience managing the execution of marketing strategies and/or building and managing sales teams.

  • Applicants must reside full time in India.

  • Professional verbal and writing skills in English, native Hindi professional speaking and writing skills, high EQ is required.

  • Able to work on a flexible schedule. Be ready to work on tasks 7 days a week to develop the business.

  • Enjoy building businesses and be confident to make operational recommendations based on local market conditions to improve company's overall operations. Understand and execute faithfully directions from superiors.

  • Previous experience working at a fast-paced start-up is a plus.


  1. Gain a deep knowledge regarding animal treatments that is related to our products.  Training will be provided by our in-house experts

  2. Work closely with regional doctors, clinics, and animal support groups to promote the awareness and knowledge regarding animal health .

  3. Develop and execute sales and marketing plan based on the  marketing 5Ps. 

  4. Collaborate with HQ members and external consultants to complete marketing content development, online advertising campaigns, social media presence, public reviews and endorsements, and any other ideas that help drive sales growth, brand recognition and trust, as market dominance.

  5. Develop market awareness for our product in the territories of India.  Expect to achieve Month over Month CAGR ≥30% for the first 6 months.

  6. Attend company training and meetings, keep HQ informed of regional challenges and opportunities. Communicate product and service improvement suggestions. Explore new business opportunities within our industries.





Do good things and get paid well.  Starting salary can be up to 107,000 Rupees monthly base salary + 3% commission of sales generated in India.  Potential monthly pay can reach 5,000,000 Rupees.
